Chain smoking is the most visible sign that shows someone has nicotine habit. Chain-smoker never quit, even if they try for it .Because of its litany of biological and emotional causes, chain smoking has become a powerful habit. A person normal becomes a chain smoker from smoker primarily due to highly addictive nicotine drug found in the cigarettes. Nicotine usually has the capability to develop a new nicotinic receptor in the brain. This process grows with the each smoking session. At one stage, due to the production of receptors the brain itself will send a message which stimulates the feeling of smoking.
So automatically the person who was just a smoker would become a chain smoker as the number of cigarettes increases per day. So with every increase in the production of receptors for nicotine, the number of cigarettes also increases. An emotional craving for cigarettes is created by the physical craving for nicotine. This also contributes to chain-smoking.
The best way to stop chain smoking is to calculate the amount of money spent for the cigarettes for that particular month or day. Paste the total of the amount spent everywhere in the room or office cabin. Sometimes new surroundings and routines will make you feel relaxed and can give you a new start to life. But this change should be for stop smoking and not for enjoying it.
Places where the smoking is allowed should be avoided. So we may keep ourselves controlled when we go to places where smoking is prohibited. All the organization should remove the smoking zone, which may help with their employee’s health and also increases the company’s profit as they usually don’t take breaks for smoking.
