Strong Optimism Is Important To Quit Smoking

A disposition to expect the best and view events and situation in a positive way and with a strong determination is called as strong optimism. They never feel helpless in facing any difficulties and they have ability to solve problems by rational thinking through alternatives, evaluating them and acting appropriately.
