Mental Stress Can Aggravate Depression

 

Stress is a common problem all almost every person suffers in their day today life. It may be relieved after period of time. But some people will have prolonged period of time affecting their work and home environment.

                                     

Mental Stress can aggravate depression.  Depression is mostly treated with Bupropion – anti-depressant

 

For many people maintaining a healthy work or life balance seems to be an impossible goal. Many of us rush between the heavy workloads, managing relationships and family responsibilities; find no time to participate in interesting things or hobbies. This in western country described as super stressed state.

 

Stress is a psychological disorder affecting both health and creates lots of physical problem. Poor sleep, problems in digestion, frequent minor illness and feeling tired always are some of the physical symptoms. We forgot about the increase in stress level due to rush in getting all the things done both in office and at home. This affects our concentration level, people finds more irritable, depressed and this affects both personal and the professional relationships. Within a period of time this affects our immune system leading to various kinds of disease like back aches or heart problems. Behavioral; changes like over eating, drinking, sudden weight loss or gain, lack of motivation, poor time keeping are observed who have lot of stress at work and home.  Mainly women gets stressed out because of her multitasking responsibility she has both in the work place and at home.

 

Setting manageable goals every day will make us to finish the task in short time which makes feel satisfied and work comfortably. Proper use of time, giving break to you, effective communication, listening favorite music will help to control stress in work place. Not over committing at home, seeking support from the family members, eating right food and staying active are few simples steps followed in home will able to control stress.
