High cholesterol is a major problem around for several of us around.  A simple method to dealing with high cholesterol is to say a no to milk and milk products. Sound hard? Indeed, yes. After years of drilled training to consume milk religiously for the sake of calcium, for the fear of developing osteoporosis, hypo-calcemia and several other stuff. When you have high cholesterol it means that your body is already facing a metabolic problem that should be healed. It is not able to manage lipids.
