Angiotensins converting enzymes, Angiotensin II receptor antagonists, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, direct vasodilators, diuretics etc are some of the common medicines used to treat hypertensive heart disease. Other health related complications like diabetes, hyperlipidemia etc has to keep in control since they increase the risk of heart disease.
